Mission

The idea to create RussianLab came to us after one of our German friends asked "Where can I take a really good course in Russian for foreigners here in Moscow?"

"That’s the problem," he sighed. "There are many choices but I want to study Russian in the best school for Russian in Russia. I want to learn fast but well. I want to understand what people around me are talking about. I want to be able to take part in the negotiations conducted in Russian…"

The same day the history of an ideal Russian language school started.
The key points of RussianLab strategy are:

• You learn Russian guided by one of our teachers to be able to speak Russian and not just for the sake of learning. You always know what you do each exercise for
• Unlike most courses, we insure a comprehensive quality control of learning. It means that we have a qualified director of studies who supports our teachers with the on-going training in the best and most recent methods of teaching.
• As you get to know your teachers better they might become your friends. We do hire well-qualified, professional teachers but at the same time they are smart, open and easy-going people.
• We are located in the very heart of Moscow, 5 minutes of walk from Christ the Savior’s church, close to your apartment or office.
• On top of the professional teaching you get a good service, classrooms with a view to one of these cozy streets in the center of Moscow, tasty coffee and free internet access as a bonus.
• We realize that you may feel not very comfortable away from home. That’s why we arrange Friday “expat club” parties where our students can meet each other and have a chat over a glass of good wine.
